Naxitamab是一款靶向GD2抗原的人源化單克隆抗體。GD2抗原表達(dá)在神經(jīng)外胚層生成的腫瘤表面,包括神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤,黑色素瘤和骨肉瘤等腫瘤。Naxitamab通過(guò)與腫瘤表面的GD2抗原結(jié)合,能夠引發(fā)抗體媒介的細(xì)胞毒性反應(yīng)并激活免疫系統(tǒng)中補(bǔ)體系統(tǒng),從而達(dá)到殺傷腫瘤的效果。它已被FDA授予孤兒藥資格,用于治療神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤和骨肉瘤;以及突破性療法認(rèn)定,用于與GM-CSF聯(lián)合治療高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤。
